We offer our customers several methods of paying for their purchase. These include the use of personal cheques, money orders, cashier's check, or credit cards. If you pay with a personal check, we will hold the product until the cheque is cleared in
Honkon Medical's bank account. Depending on the origin of the cheque, this may take up to 5 business days from the time the deposit has been made. The customer pays for all shipping costs. All the expenses for customs, duties,
taxes and handling are to be paid by the customer. All merchandise is shipped as soon as payment is received and has cleared through
HONKON MEDICAL’S bank account. As a courtesy, we will always notify our clients upon the date on which the merchandise is shipped and the expected arrival date. Also, once the merchandise has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent with the tracking number.
